For a $25 per design edit fee, Tamsin can rotate or scale a design specifically for you if it is on SPOONFLOWER. Tamsin would be happy to discuss any colour changes or alterations to existing designs to best suit your needs. Get in touch here.

A: YES, ABSOLUTELY!! If you have purchased fabric from OUR APPROVED FABRIC COMPANIES, you're more than welcome to make and sell items using Tamsin’s designs. We love featuring shops on our Instagram when you tag us using #tamsinsmythdesign
YOU CANNOT USE TAMSIN’S DESIGNS OUTSIDE OF OUR APPROVED PRINTERS WITHOUT PERMISSION. TAMSIN’S DESIGNS ARE COPYRIGHTED IN AUSTRALIA. ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT WILL BE PROSECUTED. This means taking the digital version of Tamsin’s designs and printing it yourself or by someone else without a license or consent to do so.

A: Because our designs are our personal brand in nature, we cannot allow others to use our designs for your branding/logo, but please make an enquiry if you desire to use a repeat pattern for your website if you license it. You are allowed to post images of products made or licensed with Tamsin Smyth Design.
Any digital use of Tamsin’s designs are prohibited without our express permission.
